Susan has executive and advisory experience in the private and public sector in technology business development, start-up company and new technology commercialisation, project management, policy development and strategy consulting. Susan’s work has spanned many industries and technologies with a specialisation in Information Technology and customer centric IT strategy Susan facilitates board and senior management strategy workshops and consults in developing future scenarios and transformation strategies. She has contributed significantly to the innovation, IT and arts policy agendas in Australia and to the built environment in Melbourne having led teams developing innovative use strategies in Emerald Hill and Federation Square.

Susan is an experienced company director of 14 years. This experience includes major listed companies, mutual, government and not-for-profit organisations. Susan contributes specialist skills in the areas of risk, strategy and information technology in addition to corporate governance. Experience in corporate governance includes acquisitions, takeover defences, capital raisings, board renewal and major IT project governance. Current non executive director appointments are Centro Properties and Programmed Group. She was until recently on the boards of Transurban Group, Just Group and MBF Australia.
