Andrew’s entire career has been in manufacturing and distribution businesses with a technical products base, including Rheem / Southcorp, Carrier Airconditioning and Victa.

His current objective is to apply his business leadership experience and skills to the benefit of organisations, other leaders and their teams. That experience has been developed over 40 years in leadership roles across a variety of businesses. A common thread has been the need to re-create businesses, via turnaround or significant change in strategy to ensure survival and success. Whilst most businesses have been manufacturing based, it is the application of broad cross-functional management skills that have enabled the re-created businesses to thrive. He feels privileged to have learned, developed and engaged his skills in significant companies with leading brands, including Rheem, Hoover, Carrier and Victa. The challenge of re-creating companies requires a quick appreciation of the whole business environment, through adaptability and analysis, coupled with flexibility and innovation in developing strategies and solutions.

His business experience and achievements, communication skills, knowledge of the management of risk and passion for brands and organisations can add to a company’s management repertoire. His background in engineering and manufacturing offers an unusual ability to analyse situations and contribute to solutions in a logical and compelling manner.
